By accessing or using Abo Rentals (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is processed at the time of booking. Cancellation and refund policies are listed on each property page and apply at the time of booking.

Guest Conduct

Guests agree to respect the property, neighbors, and any house rules provided by the host. Damage caused during a stay may be charged to the guest's payment method on file.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abo Rentals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
